We added a new deck this spring ... we cut out the center of the original deck, and now there is one step down onto the new 16x16 deck addition. We LOVE to entertain and Sterling hates to mow lawn, so we hit two birds with one stone so to speak with this project. Now we are just waiting to hear from our contractor on when they will begin the fencing project. After that, we will be power raking, aerating and seeding the front and back ... so hopefully by July 4 we will have everything just the way we want it.
