Red Velvet Cake Roll

I follow Mel's Kitchen Cafe blog (http://www.melskitchencafe.com/2011/05/red-velvet-cake-roll.html) and this morning she had a recipe for THIS:



I've made pumpkin rolls in my day, but this REALLY takes the cake!!  Will be making this one SOON!

Oh my gosh, this looks & sounds DEE-vine! I recently made a red velvet cookie recipe that my family went bananas over so I'm sure this will be as big or an even bigger hit. TFS (this coming from my tastebuds, not so much from my hips!)
